Barretts dealt with the rental and finally the sale of our bungalow. Everyone in the office was helpful and returned calls asap despite the restrictions of COVID. We mostly dealt with Matthew who was so professional and understanding. He was with us every step of the way and understood and helped with any problems we encountered. I had rented out my property for 15 years through Barrett Estate & Letting Agents and sold recently through then also. Both Matthew, Ashley and Team Barrett were helpful and supportive throughout the sales process, advising when any issues arose and sorting said issues out promptly, enabling the sale to complete. Selling and buying property is never usually stress free but it can be made easier with estate agents. I would definitely recommend Matthew and his Team Barrett.

I've used Barrett's for 6 and a bit years now on a short hold assured tenancy agreement. I have found Barrett's to be quick and easy to deal with, always friendly and any repairs carried out promptly to their best ability (landlord permitting). Barrett's is a family run business and it's always lovely to have Mike over to do the Quarterly inspections, really nice guy. Highly recommend.
