This is my first property that i have rented. Vanessa and Mark have made the whole process run smoothly from start to finish and made me feel at ease. Worst people I have ever dealt with, I was looking to rent, they sent a young lad to do the viewing who knew NOTHING, could not answer any of our questions, very rude and had a terrible attitude, no reply from any emails, they speak to you very rudely on the phone and they don't have any clue what they are doing and can't help with any questions or queries. Useless. Avoid at all costs!

I sold my flat through James at Cowling & Payne and I could not have wished for a better service. The initial meeting to sign the contract and take pictures was easy, well explained and of excellent quality. Frequent viewings were provided of high calibre potential buyers and detailed feedback provided. Thank you cowling&payne. So don't waste your time if you are from outside UK or your income is just 28k/year each, is not enough. i'm curios who are the rich people who's living in a 1000/month rent.

During a gap in tenancy, Cowling and Payne managed a full redecoration through their contractors. I had wanted this and some other works doing and the Cowling and Payne letting team organised all of this, with good communication throughout. They checked work was completed to a high standard, sending photos to us. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and the flat is now ready for its new tenant to move in later this week.
