I've been with Pace for about 5 years now and have never had a problem with them. They're always very pro-active in contacting me with any issues raised by the tenant such as late/missed payments or repair requests etc and have always found me new tenants very quickly after the current one decides to move on - despite me arranging stuff to be fixed I hasten to add! Would gladly recommend.

These people are an absolute JOKE. All they care about is money, as long as they're making a quick buck then they're happy to let others suffer as a result. We have been putting up with a noisy tenant of theirs for the best part of two years now and they have done next to NOTHING to improve the situation. Capitalism at it's finest - look after their own interests and everyone is can go to hell. Avoid at all costs.

I massive THANK YOY to the team at Pace Plc, everyone was always so helpful and Sue Mellor always updated me and kept me in the loop of the sale of my house. Currently dealing with another Estate Agent to buy another house and shocked of their service, if only it was through Pace, maybe I would be in their by now. Pace is highly recommended.

Sue helped when it came to exchanging as the people selling. the property my seller was buying were abroad at time of exchange, Sue contacted the agents selling the property and they contacted the sellers to confirm exchange, otherwise we would have had to wait until they were back in the country. Pace made the purchase easy by chasing both sets of solicitors to speed the process along.

A huge thank you to all the staff at Pace for our flat sale just before Christmas. You often hear bad things about estate agents but I can honestly say everyone in the Southchurch office were fabulous. A special mention must go to Sue Mellor who handled our sale post offer and our onward purchase. We had a lot of unforseen hiccups and the whole. time was very stressful.

Sue was not only extremely professional, knowledgeable competent and efficient but also really nice! Caring, understanding and sympathetic. Always after speaking to her, I felt better and happy that all would be sorted and it was! She always had time for me, no matter how stupid my question was, and even when I got.

Just been through a viewing and have started the process of letting a property with Katie Gray. Couldn't recommend her more. She answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. So far I couldn't fault the company in the slightest.

Superb service from this company. Most professional in all matters. I must single out Sue Mellor for special praise. The department she represents helps after the sale has been agreed she then updates both clients and keeps the solicitors on there toes. Gently cajoling all participants in the most wonderful manner so that the sale/purchase goes along as smoothly as can be expected. The other staff at Pace Southchurch branch are also courteous and helpful. I would recommend using this company if you are in the area or moving to it.
