Easy Lettings has been serving the Selly Oak community since 2002. We specialise in student and residential lettings and property management. We focus on university student housing as we are located next to the University of Birmingham. Most of our properties are in Selly Oak, Selly Park and Harborne however we do also cover Edgbaston and Balsall Heath which is a prime location for Aston University and Birmingham City University students. We also cover Moseley and Kings Heath which are lovely locations for families and professionals.
Services
Easy Lettings Birmingham offer both Management and Let Only services to landlords and businesses. A descriptive piece highlighting the features of the property which is then handed out to students and professionals. Preparation of tenancy agreements in conjunction with statuary guidelines for landlords and students.
Add a property alert and get access to a multitude of features that will help you find your dream property. Once you have told our database the type of property you are looking for, we will use our our bespoke property matching algorithms to match you with your perfect property and notify you with an email whenever we find a new property that you might be interested in.
Please note all tenants must present their passport and student ID (if applicable) and their Visa/Biometric Residence Permit when signing the tenancy agreement and paying their deposit. Failure to present the required ID will delay your signing of the tenancy agreement. If you wish to let one of our properties, you must first place a holding fee on the property.
Q: Why is there a viewing on my property? A: Your property is currently being advertised. Please contact your landlord/agent if you wish to stay in the property longer than your current tenancy. Q: When will viewings take place on my property? A: Viewings will typically be between 11:00am and 6:00pm in the week days and around midday on Saturdays.

Literally the only good landlords in Selly Oak. We were with another company last year who basically ignored emails and when they came round to "fix" something they would never properly fix the problem. For example, they would paint over mould instead of solving the cause of the mould. Where as Easy Lettings are just amazing. The maintenance team always come the same or next day and fix issues properly with no complaints.

I got to know Mr Hossein of Easy lettings when I was looking for a family home close to the UoB as I was a professor there. Mr Hossein with patience and kindness took his time to find us the family home we were looking for. We lived there for almost eight years and over the years, I would approach Mr Hossein with any issue that would come up including the annual renewal of the contract.
Mr Hossein with his professional approach would always bring the issues to the best conclusions. Finally, when we left the property, Mr Hossein sorted out the return of our deposit in the best manner possible. The staff at easy lettings were always professional, kind, and helpful. Thank you Mr Hossein and a big A* to easy letting.

Easy Lettings are the best letting agency in Selly Oak! The staff are so friendly and approachable. They are extremely quick to sort out issues and ensure that our house is safe and secure. For instance, we had an problems with our boiler on New Year's Eve and within 15minutes they had come round and fixed it. They provide the best service and I'd recommend them to anyone!

As a university student, I was really worried about renting a student house, but Easy Lettings made the process so easy and quick. I have stayed with Easy Lettings for two years now and have rented two different properties (one that they own and another which they let). They are incredibly helpful and responsive to emails. The manager, Hussain, is very kind and responsive when there are maintenance issues.
The overall team are incredibly nice and trustworthy (unlike other student housing agencies which can rip students off). If you are looking for a student house then i highly recommend Easy Lettings - I cannot fault them.

I have been staying in an EasyLettings property since July and it has been really pleasant! They have taken really good care of me and my flatmates, they are always very responsive if we have an issue and come around right away to be hands-on with solutions and repairs. Highly recommend for students in second year or third year!

We have been with Easy lettings for the past 3 years and we are sticking with them next year too. They provide fast and excellent service and I would strongly recommend going with them for student housing. They are very professional and their maintenance team are always very prompt and always fix any issues we have.

My experience with Easy Letting is extra ordinary. Being an international student, it's quite difficult to rent the property from your home country but they made my work much easier by helping in online viewing of the property. They have completed all the formalities so efficiently, without my involvement. And a cherry on the cake was, when Hussain sir came to picked me up from the station and arranged everything which only a family member can do so. I'm highly satisfied with the services of the Easy Letting and will recommend to all those who are looking to make a new start in Birmingham.

I stayed in the 106 hemisphere apartment with easy Lettings. I do not normally write reviews but this time I will because this has had to be the best lettings agency that my flatmate and I have had. In our whole 4 years in studying at Birmingham, this was our best treatment by far. Mr Hussain is a very lovely and kind man; he will make it his main goal to fix it any problems we have.
Sometimes even helping out with situations outside of work hours. Not once have we had any issues with this company, they were very understanding of our life issues and made us feel like we were a part of the family. If you like security this is a brilliant agency for it. They were able to accommodate us very last minute into a very spacious two bedroom two bathroom apartment.
They honestly do make it their goal to keep you happy. And for this reason, is why I am leaving such a lovely review. If I wasn't moving back home, I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your service. 5-stars.
