Field A H

Speaking from my own experience I must give A H field a positive rating. I rented a property with them for about 2 and a half years. I was allowed to enjoy the property without any hassle, any problems I had were dealt with promptly and at the end of the tenancy I my full deposit was returned. All they ask is that rent is paid on time and that the property is cared for and returned in a clean state. I would definitely rent from them again and I'd like to add Stephanie was helpful and very polite when I reported issues. Thank you all at A H Field

Tried calling, they couldn't take my call because they were unable to work out how to use their telephony equipment. they could hear me talking but very silently, they couldn't figure out where the sound was coming from. Instead of saying we will call you back (I could hear them) they put the phone down TWICE. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Got nothing but positives to say about AH Field. Always quick to respond to any enquires. Rose is lovely and considerate when doing viewings. New fridgefreezer was installed quickly with no issue or cost when I had a fault with the door seal. The handymen were beyond kind and helpful - even helped me jumpstart my car at one point. Deposit paid back in full. Highly recommend - easily the best letting agency I've encountered.

I just spoke to the agency and they were horrible with me and they were not helpful at all. It was a waste of time because she would not even let me explain my situation.

Critical: Quality Neither good nor professional! Disappointing customer service. Pictures of properties advertised online are of the exterior only hence, to have an idea of the property from the inside you have no option but to book a viewing which can take a week.

Of all the landlords I have rented from over the years, AH Field are the most professional, considerate and supportive I have ever dealt with. The staff are always friendly and polite, and react quickly to any repairs I have reported. Their contractors are also very professional and thorough, and have never let me down. Highly recommended.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Everything was fine until my credit check, at which point the tone of the financial department was rude and uncaring. They told me I'd failed the credit check die to a resolved CCJ from over a year ago, and then stayed silent until I hung up the phone. No compassion or humanity.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I wont recomanded this agency. becouse of his policy. she ask for a video call. and put me " customer" to show her with my passport in my hand and reveal my bank details. to a blank page. And when i ask couple of times to see with how i spoke. she told me she widraw the offer agreed with me. and bye bye.

I felt compelled to write a short review, after reading some reviews in there. I have been in the property now for over 2 years in Moseley, and they have been nothing but professional, understanding and helpful. In fact, they changed both front doors recently and painted the entire building and cleaned it. The tenant are good and the state of the properties are good.

I've just ended an almost 3 year tenancy with one of AH Field's properties based in Moseley. They have been nothing but professional & efficient throughout my time living there. Stephanie who I always dealt with at their office was great & always so quick to reply to my emails and offered guidance with any issue I had. The maintenance team were also always friendly & I think I only waited a max of 2 days to have anything looked at, which is fantastic compared to my experiences with other letting agents in my 13 years of renting.

There were no 'hidden charges' or 'rip-offs' as detailed in some of these other questionable reviews. Everything is clearly laid out in the tenancy contract before signing, so if you actually read the entire document (which any tenant always should), there are no 'hidden' charges. I had a handful of repairs required over the years which were dealt with swiftly & without any additional charges. Thanks again Stephanie & team for showing that there are still good letting agents out there :) Highly recommend if you're looking to rent in Moseley!
