Great service throughout my tenancy. Everything was smooth and the service was amazing. Any issues I had regarding my flat was always put first and fixed immediately.

I Have been letting form 1clickmove for nearly 4 years. My tenancy came to end 2 months ago. They handled all the checking out professionally. Since my time with 1clickmove they have done all repairs on time. My deposit was refunded within the timeframe stated. I have been letting from with other agents i can honestly say they are best agent in Manchester.

I have had bad experiences with previous property management agents. But this guys are the real deal. My door handle was broken and I called Adam to fix it. Adam sent the locksmith to sought it out within the hour. Couldn't be more pleased with the swiftness of their service. Highly recommend them

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Awful landlords. Refuse to carry out any repairs or maintenance to the property. Overpriced properties taking advantage of people who's first language isn't English. On the rare occasion, very very rare left a large mess for tenant to clean up for them. Go elsewhere

I needed to move quickly due to extenuating personal circumstances and 1clickmove couldn't have been more helpful. Unlike the probably fake CAPS-LOCK-ON reviews here, 1Clickmove is such a pain. I've never rented with these guys but the customer service was awful. Not bad, or low quality these guys try to scam you for real. I got in touch with them about a flat and requested a video viewing; waited for 2 weeks, ( the flat is in the same street with their branch btw) they let me down at first and when they finally send a video it is of a different flat.

And I'm being told the original property has been let. Irresponsible and undisciplined. They also have the courage to ask your religion the first call you have with them (I'm guessing they treat some people differently) if you give them the answer they like.

Just finished our tenancy with 1 click move, we would like to say what fantastic service we got from click move. and also our deposit was paid fully into our bank account.( brilliant).

We was tenants at Apartment 710 fresh city centre, we had many problems with the neighbours with violence and noise. The owners at 1clickmove came out of hours to assist us and relocated us where we stayed for 3 years. iv read some of the other reviews with all kinds of rubbish. my experience has been great and i have refereed friends who have had the same service all happy!
