We have been with skye lettings now for 5 years and couldn't ask for a better lettings agent. They go above and beyond their duties. Very happy with them.

Scam I tried to secure a recently renovated property of theirs to rent last month, reached out to Sadie who seemed helpful at first, paid all the upfront costs and then never heard back from her. Weeks later and I can't get in contact with Skye Lettings, they're ignoring all of my calls and messages on Facebook/email. Scammers. They take your money and run!

Amazing very helpful and understanding on first private rent

Work carried out at a house of a client of Skye lettings nearly 3 weeks ago, 4 emails and 6 phonecalls saying money will be paid end of the day, still nothing received. Please people stay away!

Tried calling them several times, they never answer. Looks like a scammer.

Never. Never. Never. They ask for administration fees and up-front costs and a deposit to "secure" the flat, then they vanished and then after 3 weeks calling them and going to their shared office which is never open, they tell you that you have been rejected without letting you know, without any reason and they don't refund you 268! I've got 3 appointments at their offices where they never showed up after paying them.

Never Never Never! Portsmouth experience. Local police makes things very slow in order to get your money back. Don't risk your money with them, just throw them at the street if you've got spare. Never.

I've emailed skye lettings 3 times via rightmove, and once via their own website, to arrange a viewing of a rental property. No response from them at all. I feel for the people that own the property, probably thinking that their home is getting no interest, when actually they just chose shoddy estate agents!
