They do their job very professionally. Besides being professional, they try to help as much as possible and always answer our questions. They found solutions to our problems about home as quickly and effectively as possible. No matter who I'm talking to from C&D Properties, I feel like I'm talking to a very friendly neighbor rather than an estate agent. If you are going to rent or buy a new home, I highly recommend them.

Have had a great experience with C & D properties so far, every member of the team has been extremely helpful and they have been extremely responsive, arranging a video viewing, in person viewing and drafting up a tenancy agreement all within 2 DAYS of us contacting them. I've rented a flat with C&D Properties in Liverpool for the last two years. They have always been a delight to work with - very friendly and upfront. I needed a flat to move into quickly, and they were very fast in sorting out their side of the paperwork. The few maintenance issues that I have had to deal with have been dealt with rapidly and by the correct professionals. The letting agents have always ensured easy communication between me, the landlord and building managers. I would highly recommend renting from them.
