Mandy from AR has been an exemplary agent. She is very friendly, responsive, and has made moving into and staying in our flat as hassle-free as possible. When we've needed minor repairs (or lost our keys!) she was able to resolve the issues immediately. I highly recommend Mandy and the team at AR.

It was really a nightmare for me to find an apartment in Birmingham City Centre for me thanks to Mandy & the team of Asset Residential. She helped me to find out apartment which I was searching from last 2 months. Mandy was always cooperative during the entire process from contract signing to handover of the keys was pretty seamless. The apartment was also handed over after a thorough cleaning and paint work which I really appreciate.

So far Mandy and team have been exceptionally good and it's a great feeling to interact with such professionals. I would definitely recommend this team especially Mandy to anyone looking for a place in Birmingham city centre.

My experience with this letting agency has so far been good. From the get-go Mandy has been really professional and helpful! She's definitely the one I trust the most to help out if an issue arises. Had one chat with the MD over the phone who was really pleasant and helpful. Maintenance can be slow sometimes, but I found that following up directly after 48-72 hours if I think something is urgent helps with that. I'll leave an update once my tenancy agreement ends, to see how the return of my deposit gets handled!

I was looking for a flat to rent and Mandy has been very helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. She would proactively follow up with any queries that I had, assured me with all the details I need to know about the tenancy. The flat was ready for moved in at an excellent standard as agreed, thanks to Mandy's help. The agency itself is well connected with a number of maintenance contacts, as all my experience on any repairing issues were satisfying i.e. any out of order appliances were fixed in a timely manner. Mandy was also very supportive in tenancy renewal process, not only would she update me on communication with the landlord on renewal details, but also give me recommendations on alternative properties should the current flat becomes unavailable, which words cannot explain how grateful I am for all her help and care, especially in times when property supply was limited. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service Mandy and her team provided. 10/10 recommend!

This company have messed me around with viewings. I've waited around for over a week re arranging a viewing because they couldn't be bothered to tell me the property had already been let out. What a waste of time and energy, now I have to find a property at the last minute. If at all possible, please avoid them, unbelievably unprofessional and frustrating.

Got an apartment for a friend through them. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. However, the maintainence department is slow. As far as letting agencies go, one of the better ones out there.

Wish I could give a 0 star while giving them the review. One of the worst Letting Agent in Birmingham. These guys rip you off if you vacate the property. Unresponsive, unfriendly and a shameless group. I reported multiple issues to them regarding the property maintenance and also regarding the security concerns but they just ignored each and every issue.

Without having to look into the issues when I was residing into the property they simply blamed us for the property damages. Don't waste to your time taking any property for them otherwise you will regret. They will make sure that you don't get any pence of your deposit by making false claims.

I was very happy with the level of service I received from Asset Residential. Simone and Luke were very helpful throughout the process. I always had a prompt response to queries, and Simone regularly checked the other party to ensure that any delays were avoided where possible.

Really good experience throughout the tenancy specially with Conor. A couple of small issues at the end of the tenancy specially to get the check-out done: After i handed the keys over back to the agency it took 6 days for the check-out to be done and then additional 10 working days to receive the final report. After receiving the final report everything went smoothly thanks to Gareth from the deposits team: quick reply to my question and the empathy was really appreciated. It literally took less than 24hours to sort the deposit repayment with Gareth.

Asset Residential have been managing our property for more than 10 years. They are always helpful professional and above all, as a landlord, they look after my interests and tenants. Problems are dealt with in a timely fashion, and my duty of care is upheld and honoured. I would recommend Gareth and the team to both landlords and tenants alike. Keep up the good work.

I have just vacated my property and would like to thank the team on a very pleasant experience from start to finish. One particular event worthy of praise was the occasion Lindsay came into the City Centre on a Saturday evening to provide a spare set of keys as I had my handbag stolen that morning in Manchester. There was some minor cleaning that I had to pay out of my bond but on reflection this was an accurate assessment and I was willing to pay it.

I have read some of the negative feedback on this site and I honestly do not understand it, leave your property clean and tidy, report issues as they happen and you'll get your bond back, quite straightforward really Asset even told me what to do when I left and how the process would be managed.

Incredibly slow to respond to emails and calls, if they even bother to get back to you. I would never recommend anyone to rent a property from them - you will be sorely disappointed.
