Portfolio Properties are an independent family owned company specialising in residential letting and property management. Established in 1999, Founder and Director Ann White set up Portfolio Properties in response to the growing Oxford rental market. With a strong background in lettings and a very loyal client base, Ann quickly grew Portfolio to the business it is today.
Our business has been built on integrity, professionalism and a highly personalised service. We recognise that a one size fits all approach doesn't work for everyone and our service is tailored to meet the individual needs of our landlords. We strongly believe it is the individuals within our team that make the difference giving our clients complete confidence that their property is in safe hands. We are fully compliant with relevant legislation and make sure that all legal aspects of letting your property are up to date, understood and taken care of. As a landlord your property, by law, needs an annual gas safety inspection. This includes gas supply to the property and all gas appliances which must be carried out by a registered Gas Safe engineer.
Set up the Standing Order with your tenants so all monthly payments are made directly to you. Landlords hold & register their deposit under the Find a Tenant Only service. If you prefer that we hold it for you, this must be specifically requested & a 35+VAT charge will apply. This service does not include organising contractors, routine maintenance or repair work on the property.

From the day one, Portfolio properties has been so helpful, showing us the schools for my kids to the super market nearby. I cannot believe it's been more than 2 years since we moved in, it feels rather short. But every bump we faced on the road, Portfolio properties provided all the help we needed with lightning speed response. Which we truly appreciate with utmost gratitude.

We completed moving house over a few weeks ago, but I want to send a big thank-you to the whole Portfolio Properties team, for all your help in finally achieving this. Having been with quite a few toxic letting agents in Oxford over the years, Portfolio are a really nice breath of fresh air. We've been with them for a year and we're moving on to another property with them. They've always been responsive to maintenance issues, are happy to talk to you when you need help, and genuinely seem to care about their tenants and landlord's properties.
They're very clear about money matters, as well as their expectations for the property after moving out. Look after your house and be respectful to their team, and they will do the same in return.

We've had Portfolio Properties as our agency while we let a flat in Oxford. The ladies in the office are so lovely, always ready to help. Throughout our letting, we didn't have any issue with them. Always replying back to us on time and keeping their promises. I highly recommend them. If you're looking to let anything with them, have no worries as they are an agency to trust!

I've lived in Oxford for 8 years, and in that time have rented properties through 5 different letting agents. Between this and the experience of my flatemates, friends and colleagues, I've a good knowledge of the pros and cons of dealing with almost any letting agent in the city. Most are over-priced, reluctant to address problems with the property or to return the deposit at the end of the tenancy. Portfolio are none of these things.
With them I found a *beautiful* flat, in a gorgeous part of the city, priced at under the market value, and have spent three fantastic years there. When I initially visited Portfolio's offices to sign my contract three years ago, the office staff told me that once people rented with them, they never looked anywhere else. As if by design, while I was reading the contract, a long-term Portfolio tenant came in to the office to pick up the keys to their new place and explained that this was the third time they'd rented with them and indeed had no intention of ever house-hunting with anyone else.
I took this all with a pinch of salt, synical as I was about Oxford letting agents. From day one, Portfolio have been responsive to all queries and a pleasure to deal with, and I really would never want to let from anyone else. I'm now house-hunting again (my landlord wants his gorgeous flat back), and I really hope I can find somewhere with Portfolio.
