I'd definitely give them zero stars if it was an option. Our property manager never once referred to us by our names- a basic courtesy she lacked. After a year of shoddy, unreliable service in a damp home, they tried to snatch over 80% of our deposit for things like replacing a hob in perfect working condition and cleaning. They didn't even return the undisputed part of our deposit- the Tenancy Deposit Scheme had to do that for us and saw that much of Gordon & Co's claims were unfounded so we got most of our deposit back.

Would strongly recommend that renters avoid these ruthless sharks unless you want to be subjected to unnecessary stress and have your hard-earned money put at risk. After renting several properties over the last decade I can honestly say this lot are the worst I've ever had to deal with.

Chris (from the Norbury branch) helped us to get our dream home and we couldn't be more thankful for his help every step of the way. Chris' approach was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to understand what we really wanted and proactively made it happen for us.
