Poor customer service and unprofessional staff. Agent never turned up to viewing and staff lied that she was just parking at the property. She cancelled 25 mins later stating another offer was accepted without bothering to tell us. Don't waste your time with this company - time wasters and dishonest

Waited 30 minutes for agent after travelling 1.5 hours, but they did not even come. We called and asked and they said 2 mins away but then we received a text saying the viewing was cancelled as there had been an offer made. They are liars, time wasters and not people you want to do business with. Don't bother.

Adam is a real expert when it comes to the property market, he understands what is available as well as the clients requirements then ensures a perfect match. It is very difficult to find the right place, I had so many requirements and kept looking for months. Adam made sure to have the right property for me, showed me the area and provided insightful and honest advice.

It took him a couple of days to find me my dream home and he even followed-up guaranteeing a smooth move-in. Would highly recommend Adam if you are looking for the right property!

We recently moved from Australia (I'm Aussie, my partner English) and needed to find a place quickly as we needed to be based in London for work. After going back and forth with multiple agents and lack of communication / professionalism, we came across a property of interest managed by Peter Woods. Booking and inspection and leading up to it, Adam Baker one of the agents was super helpful, informative and quick and open with his communication.

When we viewed the place, Adam was fantastic in pointing out options in furnishings, facts or insights into the area and the neighbourhood and more - showed he cared about the people who were renting and their safety / he was very honest. We loveeddd the place it was so clean, safe, big enough and fantastically priced for the location. Adam helped us through the application process once we put our offer in which was really helpful and beneficial as it was a new experience for us - he was honest and really patient with the process.

Since moving in, the communication between the Adam / the agency has been fantastic and they are soooo quick to jump onto any issues we might have and have never had any issues with getting in contact with them either. I have recommended Adam & Peter Woods to friends recently looking and suggest going onto their website or getting in contact with them as their level of professionalism and communication is fantastic, their property portfolio is premium yet affordable and their services are amazing. Couldn't recommend them enough - thanks to Adam we settled in quicker than we have planned and had the smoothest process.

An outstanding service. Adam was super organised and efficient and guided our daughters through the process of flat finding with the utmost care and kind consideration. He went to great lengths to communicate frequently with the girls and offered repeat viewings so that we could follow up when we were in London. Thanks to the courtesy and thoughtfulness which Adam and Peter Woods offered, the right flat was found and all areas of the process were dealt with great efficiency.

Absolutely recommend Adam from Peter Woods in Fulham! We have been searching for a flat over the busiest time of the year and Adam was honest and highly professional during the whole process. He ensured we were the first ones to view the flat, avoided bidding wars and within 3 days we had secured our perfect place! No games, no fuss just a lovely guy who helped us!

What a HORRIBLE experience! Let's face it, letting agents don't have the best reputations but this one gets a gold star for epic levels of dishonesty and uselessness. I had the displeasure of dealing with Carla in January who showed me a great flat on Prothero Rd that I put an offer on at 20 less than ask per month to make it a round number. I made it extremely clear that I was in a rush to move so if the landlord wasn't able to respond in 48 hours, I needed to move on.

She gives me the impression I've put in a formal offer and then just kept stringing me along for ages, coming back to me to ask ridiculous questions each time to keep me engaged. Two weeks passed and it turns out, the offer wasn't even presented to the landlord! They were waiting for more offers and only sent me the formal offer form at that stage!

It was such a horrendous experience and all I can say to any tenants out there, if you put an offer in, make sure you do it using the formal email offer letter template so it's on record and if they take longer than a day or so to get back to you, assume it's the start of a stringing along relationship. NO decent agent is unable to get in touch with a legitimate landlord/client that is seeking a tenant in within 24 to 48 hrs, let's face it. AVOID!

I recently rented a place from Peter Woods, and the estate agent Jack has been very helpful from the beginning. He was quick to arrange a viewing and even showed me a property at short notice on out of office hours. He has been responsive and made us feel comfortable and informed at each stage of the process. Very good service.

I've had a great experience with Carla! She has helped me find an amazing new home, and was super attentive and has always responded to my emails within minutes! I'm not looking to move out anytime soon, but if I do, I'll use Peter Woods again and I'll ask for Carla. I'd recommend her to anyone who's looking for an amazing agent to help them find a new home.
