Flakey and disappointing as a first viewing, to go there and to be told it's gone already! And an apparent message was sent to everyone funny but till now still not recieved. Hugely disappointed since I drove in traffic to rush to get there after work and had to collect the person who was interested only to tell them hey sorry he apparently sent me a message that it's gone! Awful. Will not make that mistake again to use such services which are so flakey.

Do not expect them to provide you with the following legally required documents: an up to date Buildings Insurance Schedule; Fire Risk Assessments for common parts; Asbestos survey for the building; 3 years comprehensive Service Charge Accounts; a Summary of Lessee Rights and Obligations. Do not expect them to aid the sale of your flat. Do not expect them to carry out routine maintenance in vital areas such as roofs or common parts.
Do not expect them to communicate with your solicitors. Do expect erroneous CCJs, a lack of communication, and scant, but rude communications; a complete lack of building maintenance; sharp practice; veiled threats of litigation and bad, self-serving advice.
