Very unprofessional. Do not follow confidentiality. Shared information about myself with my ex partner. They made mistakes and didn't notice when he didn't pay his rent and then told me countless lies about him paying half of it so I'd pay the other half. This was found not to be true. Would never ever use again and have since heard horror stories about them!
