Susan Metcalfe and the team have been very helpful throughout the tenancy process. The negotiation through to the move in, as well as the continued service even when in the property was exception! I can only speak positively of the team, and strongly recommend people in the Kensington & Chelsea area to consider using a boutique agency like this!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality terrible bunch of half wits. incompetent throughout and stuck in 1980's. these estate agents are the worst and everything you fear of. they have no idea what they are doing. a complete mess. give your business elsewhere. don't believe their fake reviews! Run for the hills.

A couple of months ago I let my flat in Oval through Susan Metcalfe Residential - Can I say what a pleasure it was doing business with them. Courteous, professional and above all efficient. They had tenants in the property within days of it going on the market! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish I found Susan Metcalfe Residential extremely efficient and professional. Michael was excellent and not pushy at all when showing the property. The whole process from start to finish was breezy and think the agency is actually very good. The managing agents were responsive and friendly. From reading some of the other reviews (clearly from disgruntled individuals) one would not get the right impression. Susan Metcalfe have been very good as far as I'm concerned.

For god sake, set ups like this should have been shut down with the demise of the fax machine! This is the worst residential management agency i have ever come across. Busy making up any charges they can think of. all under the guise of how everything is lovely and proudly showing on their website how many dog years they have been around! Avoid Avoid Avoid getting involved with these cowboy traders will cost you dearly.
