I would describe the team at Champion as professional, reliable, efficient and most importantly honest. Most of us know how difficult the letting procedure can be and I feel incredibly lucky to have dealt with Mrs Thais Dean who I believe is the Tenancy Manager at Champion. I've been renting property in London for 12 years and it's the first time that I deal with a letting agent who thrive for the best interest of both their client (landlord) and the tenant.

I instantly felt I could trust her, she was considerate and helpful. As a result everything was done under a week and I'm moving in my new flat in 2 days. I'm really grateful, thank you. Mathieu

We rent a flat in London in 2020. Miho Hiraoka is very helpful and responsive. The whole process is simple, painless and easy, from check-in to check-out. Recommended.

Update: The CEO / management called us after the review to address the concern. But after the call nothing happened. The team is as unresponsive as ever. *Beware*. Be very very careful while working with Champions. They are extremely inefficient and the internal teams work in silos. Once you pay the deposit you move form working with Lorraine to another team. Ans these two teams act like they are from different planets.

We asked for certain amendments ( fixes + cleaning) to be made to the flat. Lorraines team did nothing. The flat was not even cleaned properly. Any questions asked were transferred to another team which said they received no emails, no communication from the other team. How convenient! Comments about Alex in google reviews are 100% true. While he shows the house patiently, he takes no responsibility does not communicate properly and absolutely doesn't care about customers.

Even after communicating 3 times that some loose tiles need fixing he completely missed it. This is just one of Many things that he missed. NOTE: Please ensure your house is cleaned properly before you pay the deposit. Please ensure the cleaner is professional and well regarded. They will provide a random bill and say the house was cleaned. We found cigarettes, inside the house when we moved in and champions still claimed it was cleaned well. It's either collusion between the two companies providing a fake bill or champions doesn't care for the health of tenants.

I have very bad experience with all the agents in this company very rude people They deal badly with renters, although if we do not rent apartments, they will not occupy and do not benefit from anything from apartment owners. A very professional outfit - probably tied for the best agents I've dealt with (having rented 5 properties in the UK). Communication was quick and very efficient, and our move was seamless. I'd definitely approah them again in future for other rentals - highly recommended.

We have arranged a viewing for a property. they cancelled it in last minute by sending a messages with funny excuses. We have tried to call them and they didn't respond. The agent name was Alex. Such a waste of time and disappointing.

Everyone we dealt with at Champions was wonderful and responded to any questions we had promptly. The flat we ended up renting was different to the one we initially expressed interest in, which is mainly due to the agent recognising what sort of property we needed when we explained to him and he showed us something nearby. The process of renting the flat was then made simple and easy thanks to the helpful admin at Champions guiding us through the process. No issues whatsoever.

I rented a flat via Champions and must say that I can see only positive points about my experience. The staff was very reactive and was always there from signing and understanding my tenancy agreement to issues during the tenancy as changing an old bed and washing machine within days after I reported the problem. I delt with Miho Hiroaka who was definitly someone very understandable and nice. If I come back to London I would definity choose Champions again for renting a flat and would recommend their services for flats in Central London.

I enquired about a studio in W2 at Champions Real Estate Agency. The letting agent was not responsive to organising an immediate viewing and insisted it was when he was available. This took almost 4 plus days and several emails to the agency. Upfront about individual payment terms, the owners of the agency latter refused to lease the studio despite being honest regarding my situation. A disappointing experience and sadly they failed to support a female in need of immediate safe accomodation, with the ability to pay.

Staff at Champions is approachable and responsive to tenant needs. Calls are returned and emails replied to in a timely manner. Requests for repairs and other maintenance tasks have been actioned within days making Champions a true winner for providing excellent service and retaining long term happy tenants like myself.
