We act as the Landlord, for the Landlord, removing the stress from renting out a property. We are a small team offering a personal and comprehensive service enabling the tenancy to run smoothly at all times with minimum disruption for the tenant and maximum return for our clients. We have a network of tried and tested, reliable and competitively priced contractors who we use to resolve any problems that may arise during the course of a tenancy.
Tenant Referencing: The Tenant to provide references. If you would like us to provide a reference report on the Tenant, the charge will be 40 plus VAT per Tenant or Guarantor. Tenancy Deposit Scheme: 75 plus VAT per annum to register the deposit on your behalf with the TDS. Please note that where the Tenancy is a Non Housing Act Tenancy, (rent level above 100,000 per annum or a corporate let) we can charge the tenant for 50% of the above admin fees.We provide a highly personalised and efficient service uniquely tailored to a Landlords' specific needs.
The Landlord and Tenant entering into a Tenancy Agreement (in which case the reservation money will be applied against the initial monies due). The Tenant provides false or misleading information to the Landlord/Agent which the landlord is reasonably entitled to consider in deciding whether to grant the Tenancy because this materially affects their suitability to rent the property.

Campden Estates was the property management company incharge of the flat I was living in. Fiona and Rosie were always helpful and dealt with requests effectively and quickly. On the moving out phase it was a breeze and they gave good clear instructions, their evaluation for the deposit was clear and fair, and I got paid back the deposit quickly and on time.
I recommend them BUT ideally I'd suggest dealing with them directly for renting a property they manage rather than renting through another agency and they're managing the property, makes communication easier.
