As a landlord of a neighbouring property to one they are responsible for I am concerned by their lack of care. They have been approached a number of times by both myself and other property owners regarding various concerns raised and took no ownership of the issue. They now don't respond to emails at all. I would implore any fellow landlords to think twice about using their services.

This company are an utter joke for landlords. They charged for the vetting of a tennant. We currently have someone who doesn't pay his rent. Has caused quite costly amount of damaged to outside and inside walls. And when I posted a letter through the door giving notice of inspection the tennant had the cheek to phone this company moaning it was unfair I was coming to inspect it.
Never mind asking him if he intends to pay the 1150 in arrears. The service is that because this tennant is fiery and not easy to deal with. I'm told they wont phone him about the damage. why I'm I paying this company? Going through lawyers and scottish landlord association to get the money owed and tennant out. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Shocking customer service only care about the fees they make at the start from vetting fees. 800 bill just to get a tennant in. hmmmmm

Appalling company. Customer service is totally non existent to the point that they refuse to meet to discuss their errors. My property was handed back damaged and wasn't cleaned. Rentolease thought this was acceptable and refused to take responsibility for it. Hope you have deep pockets of you use this firm as they seem to have every excuse for mismanagement.
