Selling our family home of almost 40 years was an emotional process for us as a family however, from the moment we met Barrie from Stonefield on the day he came to value the house, we felt very comfortable and didn't hesitate when deciding on who to sell with. As first time sellers the full team were amazing at guiding us through the sale - starting with James who valued and arranged our property going on the market, all the girls in the office who daily kept us in the loop with viewings and tried to make it manageable. for us with a newborn baby at home, and Carolanne who kept us updated with offers and feedback from viewers. From the initial phone call and booking of my first appointment, to the finishing stages, it was flawless. They were punctual with communication, and feedback and guided me through the process. My first meeting was with Barry, who was professional, informative and helpful.

I was then allocated a sales negotiator, Marie, who was fully versed in my personal sale. She was first rate also. I must say that all the team were lovely. The market is very busy at the moment, and i was amazed at how quick and efficient the feedback was. I was guided through the process, to allow the best outcome. This was reassuring to me.
