Really happy with how Stonefield handled the sale of my dads house. I know that they marketed it in a way that would reach a maximum audience and this resulted in a quick sale. They made the experience really simple for me and really put my stress levels at ease. Everyone was friendly and always willing to answer any questions. All emails and phone calls were answered promptly and everyone seemed very know the market really well. Thank you to Gavin and Chloe (my negotiator) in the Ayr office in particular.

The service from stonefields is great! For one my house sold within 3 days of being put on the market! Right from the start they where very helpful. My partner and I where pretty nervous but James helped settle our nerves, he was very flexible to accommodate times to view our house and did a great job of taking the pictures to show the houses character.

Once the house was up for sale we where then passed on to Brooke, who was amazing, she took the time to walk us through the processes and is very helpful whenever I had any questions, our house has now sold but Brooke and James continue to be helpful in trying to find us a new house that would suit our requirements, overall the customer service is top notch, I will definitely use stonefields again in the future.
