Ann founded Malverns in 1975 and has extensive knowledge of sales and lettings in prime London locations. Whilst she still plays an active role in the day to day running of the business, she is in the office twice a week, normally on Wednesdays and Thursdays. When she is not in the office Ann spends time in the countryside overseeing a horticultural landscaping and planting project.

Ria has over 20 years experience in the London lettings market, concentrating on Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Mayfair. Loves travelling, ballet and is a patron of the finer restaurants of London.

Under the old rules, there were several different Stamp Duty rates, but you as a homebuyer, paid the same rate on the whole purchase price. Under the new LBTT system buyers pay tax on amounts between bands, not on the full purchase price of a property.

Malverns have just found new tenants for my flat in Shepherds Bush. As always, professional, approachable and very 'hands on', not to mention hard-working. I have recently moved to a new rental property with Malverns. They have been very helpful from the start & willing to answer any questions I may have. Due to covid & being outside London it was difficult for myself to do viewings as they were all virtual, I felt David went that extra mile to ensure I was happy before i signed the contract & he was never pushy.

I found some estate agents extremely pushy & just trying to sell, which for me pushes me away. Since I've moved in I've come across a couple of issues but the team at Malverns have been quick to resolve & i never felt that I was being a burden. Malverns was an absolute gift to my time in London. As an international student, it can be hard to manage everything when getting settled, but Claire, Nikki, and team made sure my experience was great. This was my first interaction with Malverns in my 10 years in London and so far, the attention and service we have received has been outstanding. Our first point of contact was David. A professional and kind agent who made everything a little easier for us considering the pandemic and lockdown. David has shown empathy and we appreciated that.
