These guys take all the hassle out of being a landlord. I'm always consulted if there's an issue but they take care of the details and deal with the tenant. The tradesmen they use are reliable and realistic in pricing of jobs when there's a problem. They also have a vast knowledge of the law around letting and keep me fully compliant. I wouldn't let without them now.

Terrible company avoid at all cost helpful until you ask for something lived in one of their properties for 3 years without a fully functioning kitchen or bathroom plus loads of other faults was fobbed off so rang environmental health which condemned the place and they kicked me out for reporting it still waiting for my deposit back 3 months later cowboys honestly

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I received less than satisfactory service on all levels and would question their integrity regarding full disclosure to both tenant and landlord
