I have used KFH for over 20 years and never been disappointed. They have very helpful staff and always provided sound advice regarding renting our properties. I have dealt with Morgan in the Lettings department on quite a few occasions and she is always polite and helpful in dealing with any requests and promptly responds. They also keep me updated with any changes to rules and regulations regarding the property market.

This company is absolutely disgusting! Talk about discrimination. I'm currently not working. I took time off so I can recover from major illness and aim about to have 3 major surgeries and need to recover. I'm paying myself a salary from an account I have money in that was saved for a rainy day, there is enough to last about 3 years and way before then, I'll be back at work.
I'm also disabled. Just an FYI. I've just been told that I, just people like me, would need to pay minimum of 6 months in advance, is start paying rent after 2 or I would need a guarantor. I have about 1k more going through my account per month than my fiance does. It's beyond disgusting that this company discriminated people in this way. I will be reporting this on all social media platforms, emailing the company to my local MP and CAB and may contact papers. This discrimination must be stopped.

Disgusting estate agents. We were due to purchase a property that what being sold by this estate agent and another - we had our offer accepted through the other agent, we were about to exchange with contracts done and all fees paid for. This estate agents have then continued to market the property on the sly, whilst knowing we were paying the fees that come with purchasing a property and would be completely screwing us over.
They claimed the offer came in from a viewer from before us, which is not true at all. Absolutely disgusting that they support this sort of behavior just so they can get a cut - yes this is all legal, but that doesn't make it right at all and I would never want to transact with these morally incorrect people.

Great service as always! Very impressed throughout the process. Between the team, Darren, Olivia and Jack at the Crofton Park branch it felt like they brought certainty in a slightly unpredictable market. Each of the team acted with professionalism, and impressed at the people they managed to get through the door before the listing went live, and how they conducted viewings (we have house cats). We managed to sell within days, at a good price, and our buyers were a dream, Darren made the sale of our property a seamless stress free experience.

MONEY GRABBING [email protected] Arranged a viewing. Got cancelled at last minute. Was promised a discount on fees if I still took it after another viewing. Paid 656 for tenancy and referencing fees plus some of the deposit. They tried to tie me into a 15 month contract with an option for the landlord to increase rent mid contract but couldn't tell me by how much as that would get decided later. Finally, my mums social services care didn't come through so I've had to stay back there.
I told them this and they have said they will keep all of the money. Despite them having over a month until the old tenant moves out so they have plenty of time. I even said they can have the tenancy fees and the referencing fees. Just give me back the deposit as the landlord won't see that it will just go straight in their pockets as well as the other charges. Nope. they are not having it. Crooks!

I used KFH to let my property at short notice when I went abroad. The whole thing was a nightmare from start to finish. They failed to perform many of the services in the contract and I even had to fly back to the UK to sort things out myself due to their incompetence. I asked for a refund but they insisted that there was nothing wrong with their service.
Luckily the judge agreed with me that the service was "poor" and awarded a refund of the management fees, plus compensation for mental distress.
Unfortunately he was not able to refund the letting fees due to a clause in the contract, but he did indicate that this might be an unfair clause within the meaning of the UTCCR (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations). Someone needs to test this in court so come on people, if you're fed up with rubbish service, don't get mad, get everything!
