I have lived in London for 6 years, and renting with Interlet was by far the worst experience I have had. After I had moved into a shared house they were renting out, they forced me to sign a new contract adding in a break clause after I had already lived there for two months and paid rent under the existing contract. The owner of the company aggressively yelled at me down the phone and threatened to kick me out if she couldn't edit the contract which we both already signed.

She tried to intimidate me saying she was a "barrister" and that I shouldn't mess with her. A while longer into the tenancy, contractors started showing up at the house to do work with no notice given that they would be coming. They literally let themselves into the house without any indication that they would be coming. Interlets responses to my concerns was to get extremely aggressive once again.

They are terrible. I have had significantly better experiences renting with several other agents in the area. Seriously, avoid this place - I wish I had never gotten involved with them. You can find much better. I have noticed they seem to deny similar accounts from other people in their reviews. The condescending tone they take is exactly reflective of my experiences with them. So, don't be surprised if they try to excuse away my accusations also.

I have been with Interlet for a long time. I've already rented two flats with them and have always received top quality service and advice for both of my rentals. Exceptional service all around. Interlet was one of the first places I visited after moving to London, and they helped me very well to settle very fast. During the long time I have been with Interlet, their property management has also been consistently perfect. I am sure they will help other customers in the same way. Indeed, they are a group of kind and honest people who really care about customer satisfaction (Sham, Shivan, Kerry, and others). Having used Interlet to let out my flat I can not speak highly enough about this company. I was so impressed with how quickly they let the flat for me. From start to finish everything was handled professionally, swiftly and efficiently. They really cared about making sure they found the right tenants for me. Alexa was especially helpful, friendly and professional keeping me updated on the progress of the let.

I have known the proprietors of Interlet since 1996 as we were both tenants in a local office building in Kensington. I have dealt with Interlet's owners and staff in various capacities, first as a neighbour and now as a tenant. I have enjoyed dealing with them and still have a long standing association. They are one of the leading estate agents in RBKC, they are professional, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend them and continue to wish them all the best!

I would highly recommend interlet to anyone looking to rent a flat in London! From the process of finding and offering on a flat, through to the actual tenancy, interlet has been amazing and seamless. The property manager Shivam is particularly excellent and is always quick to respond and help with any issues during tenancy, he even put us in contact with great cleaning services around the area! Couldn't recommend more.

Alexa was one of the best agents we dealt with over our house hunting experience. Her enthusiasm, communication and professionalism were truly commendable. I would highly recommend her!

Interlet has meant a rollercoaster of bad surprises and disappointments for us during our one-year tenancy. Little respect with students, irregular communication (when it's in their interest) & they still ask you to rate them 5 stars on Google Maps when you aren't done yet with their service! It took 4 months for Interlet to give back the deposit, obviously not in its entirety, charging us 200 for cleaning a sofa, 110 for light bulbs and other ridiculous fees for cleaning a house that was definitely not brand new. One agent in particular was very rude and randomly answered emails. Only plus: they provided a new sofa and sent a handyman when needed.

Interlet has been an absolutely disgraceful experience. Lack of communication, overcharging the checkout (110 for 8 bulbs which were reported as working) to name a few. The different employees have no sense of service. Don't expect anything from them except when it's about them and their wallet. I would recommend anyone willing to rent an apartment with them to just move on to the next agency. The manager, was especially rude with us and took advantage of us despite our multiple attempts to clear the air.

I, like may others, have had a VERY BAD and disappointing experience with Interlet and I suspect many of their 'good reviews' are possibly 100% FAKE. The list of complaints is so common: they charge nearly 130 to see a property, property doesn't exist, no more properties that match you criteria after you pay. I have had a bad experience like all of the other bad reviews people have said about Interlet.

I have read the good reviews and I am convinced these are potentially all fake and made by Intelet themselves. They appear to create about 10 fake good reviews to try to cover up 1 genuine bad review. The profiles for all the goods reviews are fake people with no other activity. Its unbelievable and shocking. I would recommend people READ the BAD reviews other people have made against this company Interlet so get a good picture of how this company treats people.

I liked using their service and the level of communication at every step. Their platform does the job well and provides information when and where you need it. I would certainly refer them to anyone who is looking for a property in London.

Interlet are just liars. They will coax you into the office saying they have properties coming in everyday but this is a lie. They only seem to have a limited amount of properties and have very limited viewing slots unlike estate agents who can take you to the property whenever you go to their office. Why pay 120 to have the privilege of choosing a property that is posted for free on Gumtree?

Or why pay for someone to tell you what property you can afford or take? I would avoid interlet at all costs as they prey on new people in London who may be in a rush or anxious about moving.
