Being a resident on one of our developments means you have peace of mind that your communal areas are looked after. If you have a maintenance issue at your development please get in touch so we can help resolve the issue. Remember, Hobdens are only responsible for the communal part of the development, if the issue is inside your property you will be responsible for any repairs required. Have recently been dealing with Hobdens, in particular Emma. All I can say is she has been a saviour in our endeavours to purchase a property to which they are the management company. Totally professional, going above and beyond to help me. Reading previous reviews I thought I would have problems with them, but it's about time the balance was redressed and I am happy to give a 5 star rating.well done and thank you

If you are thinking of buying a property that involves Hobdens Property Management, run in the other direction as fast as you can. They are an appalling company that do not care about you at all. I lost a property due to their incompetence. If you do decide to go ahead, All I can say is make sure your solicitor does a VERY thorough search. If I could have given minus 5 stars then I would have. STEER WELL CLEAR.

I have been paying Hobdens over 1600 a year for about 4 years now on time everytime! and never asked for a thing, this week I asked to access the CCTV as a parcel had gone missing, could not of been made to feel more of a pain and inconvenience for asking for this seemingly routine task, have just been ignored! Thanks Hobdens glad to know my money is going somewhere worthy! I trust you'll be sending my bill on time next month!

Saw in local paper nov 2020 that Hobdens told a resident to take down xmas lights outside his property, ( bah humbug ) Hobdens, though i am not surprised i use to live in a property run by Hobdens they had so many strict rules, we paid for gardeners but could not go out in the gardens or even walk on the grass, I would say to anyone thinking of buying a property run by Hobdens not to buy, they also had other strict rules and did nothing about bad parking issues, i am so glad i moved out it was one of the greatest decisions that i have made in my life. Lastly most staff in their office offish, so stay well clear of any property run by Hobdens, " you have been warned ".

I can't quite express the dissatisfaction we've experienced with Hobdens. Unbelievably unresponsive, uncooperative and unprofessional. We spent over a year trying to get hold of them with constant phone calls and emails. We were consistently fobbed off with excuses and went countless times without a response. Anyone considering using Hobdens I'd absolutely discourage so you don't have to experience the stress we've been through.
I'm not one to leave a bad review and never have done until now however I felt so strongly that I needed to warn others about our experience so they don't go through the same. Our Berkley home has been absolutely fantastic and the only issue we have seen has been Hobdens involvement. I will certainly be informing Berkley of our opinion.

How do you justify 100% maintenance charge increase in 6 years? 540 to 1100! Need to be looked in too. 1100 for 6 months with no common areas, and charge you extra for any maintenance. So what does the 1100 go towards? Your staff parties you have to celebrate ripping your client's off. I would definitely recommend leaving well alone, awful people and company.
