The team at Croft Lettings have been helping me get a property ready to rent out all summer. The refurb turned into a much bigger job than anyone had anticipated, and David project-managed it all with supreme efficiency, good humour and a truly professional attitude. He was always responsive and solutions-focussed. The agency fees for landlords are really reasonable and, being a local company that focuses only on lettings, they have excellent personal contacts with local tradesmen and get rapid and good service for good prices when anything needs doing. I can't recommend them highly enough and look forward to a long business relationship with them.

Great service and very personal attention from David and his team. Moving from Somerset was a big move for us and most of the agents I contacted either didn't return my calls or even worse let the properties even after travelling 200 miles north! Not David, he understood our requirements and contacted me on a number of occasions to get our letting sorted. I cannot recommend Croft lettings enough - especially if you want a personal, honest and excellent service with clear feedback.

Great service from Croft. Viewing - They were flexible when I was viewing and had great advice on the properties I viewed. Honest approach to the pro's and cons of the areas and properties I looked at. I felt they were helping me find a home not just trying to rent me a property. Admin - quick service when sorting out the admin side of the property.

The references were completed quickly and efficiently. The property - Was immaculate when I first moved in and getting the key was a quick easy process. Maintenance - I only had to contact the lettings agency about the property once, this was for the boiler which was sorted out the same day. End of lease - quick no stress return of the deposit. Staff - The team at croft were very friendly and helpful during what was a stressful period for me. They made moving into the property easy and quick.

My wife and I went the the office looking for a house to rent arriving just as they were closing one Friday evening. They were generous with their time taking us straight to the property. In addition as we were new to the area we were given a guided tour which wa really helpful. This level of service continued throughout our tenancy. What nice people

My rental experience with Croft Letting has been none other than positive. From the start of my application and a year on in my property I can only say that it has been a personable and helpful service. If I have had any requests they have been dealt with immediately and I do feel that I am valued as a tenant. I have nothing but praise for Croft Lettings. A completely professional and efficient organisation from the beginning of my lease to the end of it. I would highly recommend them to person's wanting to rent (they were very helpful throughout). Owners wanting to rent their property (I was thoroughly vetted, inspected during my lease and at the end of it, without it feeling uncomfortable). Big bonus, the property was beautiful!

We used Croft Lettings for the procurement of two different rental properties. On both occasions the landlords were somewhat unhelpful when things went wrong and the burden of getting things sorted passed to Croft. They are well connected with local tradespeople who sort out the things that invariably go wrong from time to time. I was very glad our properties were fully managed by Dave and the team. They made a big difference and it felt like they were on our side when we were let down by other parties.

We had consistently great service from David and his team. We rented 2 houses through Croft Lettings and if there were any issues, which was rare, they were attended to immediately. A very friendly, local and personable agency.

Couldn't recommend David and Croft lettings enough, absolutely genuine down to earth person. David went out of his way in his own time to make our move to our new home perfect. Very proficient professional company that makes you feel completely satisfied with what they advertise. Never mind 5 stars I'd give David and his team 10 if it was possible.

Croft Lettings have dealt with my properties for a good while now. They are very friendly and professional team and the communication through the process is spot on. I would highly recommend them.

I let out property through this agent. My problems with them were many and varied and stem largely from the proprietors (a couple approaching retirement age) cannot keep up with the number of properties they have on their books. Here's a few to start with: They do not open their office until 11:00 am. They do not have an answer phone, they assured me all was well with a property on change of tenants and subsequent correspondence with the tenants has proved otherwise.

They did not properly check another property between tenants and this nearly resulted in them returning a full deposit when there was very obvious damage. Until I complained, rent was hung on to by them for as long as possible. Tradesmen sent by them were not up to the job - costing me J100's. When I tried to get out of my agreement with them - as I was effectively managing the property myself, I was threatened with legal action if I did and therefore was stuck with them until tenants left. My advice to landlords in the area - use an ARLA registered agent - at least that way you have some comeback - I learnt this the hard way.
