Dreadful, avoid like the plague. The apartments are photographed to look much larger and better furnished than they are, and it's not like it's cheap either. Extremely shoddily furnished and clearly not taken care of. List of things wrong with my apartment: - sealant in the bathroom was mouldy and rotted away in places - bathroom tiling needed completely regrouted, was leaking into the apartment below - light fittings in bathroom actually fell out on two occasions - toilet loose, had to brace against something to be sure not to break it free from the wall - tap in sink similarly loose - shelving not properly secured to the wall, couldn't put anything on them for fear it'd fall off - freezer needed defrosted, completely unusable - couches damaged and worn out, covered with throws to disguise this, extremely uncomfortable - no padding on the arms, just a raw wooden edge! - no bed, just a mattress on the floor on an upper level 3 feet from the ceiling (this was completely not apparent from photos, I pity the poor folks who had it before me who had 2 people staying in the apartment) - TV aerial not working, couldn't receive any channels - blinds don't close properly Point these things out and you'll get a cursory apology but no attempt to fix the situation or offer compensation.
When someone came round to investigate the leaking into the apartment below (without notice, I might add), his attitude was "I have a backlog well into next week, so try not to get water in the cracks between the tiles until then". Seriously, avoid Blix. Awful, awful company.

Rude staff, had no heating or hot water in the middle of winter for weeks, the rent was supposed to include bills but they didn't pay them and my flatmate's name ended up on the bill which screwed his credit history. The garage door was broken which gave direct access to the flat from the street so very unsafe. And when we complained to them.they just issued a notice for us to leave which was much shorter than the legal notice.

! AVOID! I moved out a few days ago and I couldn't be happier now I rented a studio for 3 months near Baker Street. The flat was very small and I would say the price is high for what you get. The building is old and the walls are thin, so you hear your neighbours when they listen to music or even talk on the phone. The hardwood floors make a loooot of noise whenever you walk (and you can hear your neighbours as well).
When I moved in the flat wasn't really clean, the dishes were dirty, the mattres had a big stain on it and there was dust on the furniture. I asked them to come check the oven because I tried to turn it on but it didn't work, they told me someone from the maintenance would come the next day to fix it and fix one of the electronic keys that didn't work as well, but no one showed up.
I kept contacting them but no answer. I took them 2 weeks to actually come and fix them, every night I had to go out to eat or get a delivery. I stayed there because I didn't have a choice, I had to rent a flat for a few months before moving with someone else. I absolutely do not recommend this agency! Avoid!

SCAM AGENCY - AVOID! They do not refund the deposit, given different reasons! Now its been 2 months that waiting the deposit and they said they did the refund but no details given - asked to wait 10 days. Waited 10 days for money transfer but find out the it is a lie too. At the moment they do not pick calls from me. The head of this scam is called Kajal Shah. Please avoid this Blix Property!

I have rented a studio from Blix Properties for 6 months. Overall a good experience. The studio was well furnished and the location was great, although ideally it could have been more spacious. Few things needed fixing during my stay, as you would expect. I saw some reviews from past tenants, who complained that they had to wait a long time for a response to any problems. I had a a completely different experience. The few issues I reported, were resolved within a day or two. The staff were really helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

Blix Properties provide a truly unprofessional and shockingly poor service, once they get you in a contract, all they care about is receiving the rent. When I got to the property everything was in a terrible state of repair, disgustingly untidy and dirty, I had to spend 3 days calling until someone came to clean. If you don't insist, they charge you a cleaning fee and nobody comes to clean.
They told me that I would have 4 or 5 flatmates and we were 9 flatmates! Ridiculous. Mice in the property, internet not working for more than 15 days and they didn't anwer to my emails or phone calls. I would stay far away from them. Totally unprofessional!

Wow reading all the reviews below! shocking for some. Sounds like you had a bad time guys! amusing read Luckily I had a good experience - was there for a short let - rent was reasonable and the service provided was nothing to complain about. The staff seemed friendly and responded to my complaints - only thing that was broken was the kettle and that was replaced immediately. Only reservation was the flat was small but the great thing was it was very central close to tube.

Absolute scam. You have to pay extra cost for cleaning but the apartment was filthy as a bin! found a chewing gum under the mattress + been severely attacked by bedbugs during the all stay. They say its furnished but the kitchen furniture is miserable! only one knife, a spoon and dirty pans and hob. not recommended! seriously abused! avoid dealing with Blix they're thieves as well when you're trying to call them they try to blank you! dont ever ever try to find them
