Not having rented for 40+ years ( aside from our kids often difficult uni experiences ) we were a little apprehensive. Thankfully, the staff at Cavendish were outstanding and made the whole process very straightforward and friction free. At all times professional, charming, friendly, responsive and accurate, they responded quickly and clearly to our various questions ( even the daft ones ) during the busy run up to Christmas.

No doubt helped by the house owners, who were also excellent, start to finish was achieved in 2 weeks without any panic or problems. They made it very easy for us and we'd thoroughly recomend them.

I've had a very good experience with Cavendish -- I dealt with a number of people throughout the process of renting and they were all very friendly and helpful. It made a normally stressful process much more pleasant and I'm very happy with their service.

Cavendish manage my letting and they have always been quick to respond to any email with any help or advice. Securing the letting was simple and Cavendish were very helpful throughout the process.

I had a really pleasant experience at Cavendish, with Linda and Amanda in particular. After a few bad experiences with other Estate Agents, Cavendish changed my mind on them! They were really patient, attentive and understanding. They always kept me up to date with the latest properties available within my budget and were flexible on viewings around my work hours. The best letting agent I came across in my time of seeking a property!

Cavendish Lettings have been a great Property Management Company to deal with as a tenant - I would highly recommend them! As a tenant, Cavendish have responded extremely timely to any requests for repair, or any issues with the property. They present a high standard of property on handover and really have both the tenant and owners interests top of mind. Rachel Walking has been great throughout my tenure at my rental.

They have demonstrated a good balance between supporting the tenant and the landlord throughout the letting process and were an absolute pleasure to deal with on check out - unlike some other letting agents out there!. Would definitely recommend Cavendish!

The easiest 5 stars I have ever rated someone. Regina was exceptional - so talented, helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I were very pleased with how she has helped us, from start to finish. We selected Cavendish as they are an independent company and we felt that we would get a much better level of service. My husband and I were not disappointed and Regina was super helpful with advice and support. We would highly recommend her!

My experience with Cavendish has been brilliant from day one. I met Joe when I conducted my first viewing at my property and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgable. None of my questions were too much bother for him to answer. Since moving in to the property of which I am very pleased to say is Managed by Cavendish every time I have called Rachel she answers even out of hours and nothing is ever too much bother for her.

She is unbelievably helpful and knows her stuff! Working within the industry I was wary about what letting agent I used, but I am very pleased Cavendish had the property I wanted! Couldn't recommend them enough.
