Glenn has been an estate agent locally ever since leaving Darrick Wood School nearly 25 years ago, and has worked alongside Ivan at this office for the majority of that time. He has lived in Orpington all of his life, and is heavily involved in the local Church. In his spare time he loves travelling abroad, directs and acts in plays with an Am Dram group, helps at a youth club, and is also a member of the local gym.
I sold my flat through Edmunds Bromley and was very happy with the service i received. Andrew and Kevin i dealt with were very knowledgeable about about the area and the development my flat was in and helped to give me confidence in their ability to sell my property. I would recommend using them as they were very easy to talk to, kept me in the loop at all stages of the sale and were professional in their conduct. Our flat was sold with the expert service we received from Edmunds. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
From our well appointed office, we cover the areas of Petts Wood, Chislehurst, Bickley, Bromley, Crofton, Marlings Park and Poverest, with our other offices covering the whole of the Borough of Bromley. We understand that the Edmund Petts Wood office occupies premises synomymous with house selling, having been an agency office for more than 40 years; longer than any other premises in the area.
Located next to the flagship Tesco superstore, our office boasts what is arguably the busiest and most prominent position in the centre of town. Many house seekers are drawn to Orpington by the excellent schools and the Mainline Station also offers a fast commuter service to London, the coast and beyond.

As an executor, I instructed Edmunds to sell a maisonette with a leasehold property, something I was very unfamiliar with and was going to take some time to sort given the circumstances and solicitor involvement. Rob and Nick provided me with advice, guidance and recommendations every step of the way and kept me regularly informed and updated throughout a fairly length process of getting the lease extended and kept my solicitor updated with all details they required to move the sale along. Absolute first-rate, first-class service from all of the team at Edmunds. Thank you.

I instructed Edmunds to sell my uncles bungalow. Lee and Matt did a great job and I was pleased with their pro-active approach as they were not just waiting for the phone to ring. Not only did they value the property higher than other agents, they then sold it quickly and at the asking price. You can't ask for more than that.

Cannot thank Nick and Rob enough for all their hard work with selling our property. An estate agent who really works for you throughout the selling process and is always there to help no matter how small the problem is. The whole selling and buying process has taught me that instructing the right agent is key and you cannot go wrong with instructing Edmunds! Thanks again Nick and Rob!

We originally bought our Masionette via Edmund and it was Edmund's who actually made sure the sale went through when the other parties dragged their feet. When it came to sell we decided to use Edmund again and once again it was down to the valiant efforts of Nick that the sale went through. They may not be the cheapest but they are definitely good value for money and I couldn't recommend more.
