Has been a horrendous experience. Tenant who has refused to pay rent and was not paying rent on time right from the start of the tenancy (way before covid lockdown) and I have to chase the agents on email and on phone on average two or three times for every single question I have. Been having trouble with the tenants with no payment made at all for the last 5 months and during that whole time I still have no idea where I stand. It's become incredibly painful and incredibly stressful.

I recently bought a flat through Andrew Reeves in Pimlico and found Richard fantastic - nothing too much trouble, from the initial viewing, to my various follow up questions, follow up viewings, always able to fit me in at short notice, even once we had exchanged contracts. If I could give more stars I would. Mike and Karl in the Beckenham branch have really gone above and beyond. If it wasn't for them helping us I don't think we have got on the property ladder as we are a young couple. They always helped us, give advice, didn't push us away at all. Everything went so well with the move and before hand. I can't thank them both enough for they have done. Me and my partner have a lovely flat to live in because of them!
