Our landlord is great, and the flat we are renting is great. However the woman who works on reception has been consistently rude to the point it seems intentional. I work in a service suppose / admin related job myself and never in a million years would I speak to people the way she speaks to people. She likes to assume the sentence you are going to say and try to finish what you are saying for you, I found myself having to slow down my speech to articulate myself more carefully to her, as she makes no effort to understand what information you are telling her and assumes what you are going to say for you. It is extremely bizarre and not a nice experience especially when you're in a stressful situation.
