I can not explain how good they are as property agent. I have taken property rent from this agent about 2012 and stayed the property about 8 to 9 years. They are very professional and looking after tenant. We never had any problem with them during this time. John he is very nice person. Most real estate agents are difficult to say the least. These guys do have some traits of a typical agency but they are really very helpful in difficult situations, where it really counts. Not too many agencies around London I'd recommend tbh, definitely few I can review to stay miles away from. But these guys are alright.

Really friendly guys and down to earth. They asked us the standard questions and we were able to see a property the very next day. The lady even went out of her way to show us a flat after she had finished work. Unfortunately our situation changed and so we weren't able to proceed with the lovely flat they had. But I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and would thoroughly recommend their professional service. 5 star service.
