If I could give 0 stars I would as they actually don't even deserve 1 star. Rented through them for longer than I would have liked and it was a terrible and very stressful experience. They favour the landlord, not the tenant. Steer clear of Simon Clarke at all costs. Unfortunately even their most senior staff act as though they are inexperienced juniors. The buck is always passed with nobody ever taking any responsibility for the serious flaws in the service. DO NOT rent via Simon Clarke. Go elsewhere!

Simon Clarke really helped us when we needed it the most. As newly comers to the UK we didn't know what to expect (and had already had some not-so-bright experience with other agencies) but Marco was so helpful and respondent we highly recommend his services. Also, kudos to James from SC's property management department who reacts speedily to any requests. Keep up the good work!

Simon Clarke is a first-rate letting agency - they are particularly expert at vetting tenants to make sure that they are a suitable match for a property. I have found them to be excellent, informative and friendly communicators who have made the whole process of renting out my property smooth, highly efficient and stress-free.

So STOP labelling all negative reviews as fake reviews and take the responsibility for your wrongdoings. ======== Appalling service. AVOID using this unprofessional, money-grabber, liar estate agency. We rented one of their property for six years and paid our rent promptly.

When we asked to leave, they tried every way to con us by not paying back our deposit. On top of that they asked hundreds of pounds for false damage accusations. Luckily, we provided all evidences to Tenancy Deposit Scheme and they had to pay our deposit back. But, unfortunately we wasted many hours for communications and gathering evidences. AGAIN AVOID being victim of these scammers.

I have had a really poor experience with simon clarke, they have a really unprofessional team that say what you want to hear and get nothing done. They left us with a faulty boiler for one year (no hot showers!), and a mouldy bed room due to a poorly implemented en suite with no door and extraction fan, after highlighting this issue early on in the tenancy (2 years ago) they only fixed the boiler after it completely died and started implementing the solution to stop the mould infestation caused by the en-suite in the master bed room after we got the council involved ( keep in mind a ton of clothes and other belongings have been damaged or destroyed and the house got burgled when we left the window open due to the mould issue).

I am really disappointed with this letting agency o lets not mention the radiators that has been leaking for two years which they've said they would fix but the big patch of lime scale on the wooden floor and rust patches in the bedrooms says otherwise.!

Tony from Simon Clarke helped us find our flat in Whetstone. Estate agents have a bad wrap but I really liked working with Tony. He communicated with the landlord for us, got us the best price and got our offer excepted. He was courteous and answered an important question that arose after we moved in. Simon Clarke has a lot of good properties on the market and lower fees than some of the other agents. They only work in my area so they know it quite well.
