First time selling our home in the middle of the pandemic. From start to finish the team have been very informative and professional. We cannot fault the service. Alison was our point of call from the start of the sale right through to completion, was ideal to have one team member to deal with and catch up with on any queries. I would like to say big thanks to Harvey Scot estate agent team, especially the ladies who were very professional and helpful. I brought my house in Heald Green in 2018. Also apologise for the late review. I would strongly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I rented a property managed by Harvey Scott. The property we lived in had numerous faults with it, some which posed a risk to health. For example, the stair bannister came loose from the wall and would not support holding it. We raised this a couple of months after moving in while my partner was heavily pregnant. We left that same property two years later with the same fault there.

The list of issues we had with Harvey Scott are too numbered for me to detail in a review, but we're thankful to not be in business with them anymore and in future, should we ever consider a move listed by Harvey Scott, we won't entertain it.

Excellent experience with Harvey Scott from the very start. Rented a fabulous property via Harvey Scott, so unique and desirable, price was spot on. Was a tenant for just over 3 years and there were, on occasion, issues with equipment (fridge and washer). Within days of raising an issue, agreement was reached with the owner to replace the items and just so professional, proactive. Couldn't have been happier with the interactions had with the letting agent. Periodic inspections were undertaken without issue. Would highly recommend.

We recommend Harvey Scott Estate agent. The team is friendly and they try to do their best to help. We experienced a few issues with the sales progression team along the way and some communication difficulties between the two sites (Davenport and Bollington) which I hope they work on to enhance their service further. Overall we had a positive experience, we loved the beautiful bunch of flowers that were given when collecting our keys. Thank you

Disgusting shocking service! For most people, a house is the biggest purchase you'll make in your life. It should be an exciting time, and something you look forward to - especially as a first time buyer. Unfortunately the people at Harvey Scott, or at least the people I had to deal with - James and Helen - definitely know how to ruin this experience and make the journey to buying your new house miserable and exasperating.

They were deceitful and insensitive and made a mockery of our lives by telling us lies and giving us false hope. Yes the seller is your client, but if they are asking you to lie your should have better morals than continuing and extending their lies. Had you been honest and straight, I would have been settled down in my new house a long time ago. ALSO - having shared my story with others, I have found others who have experienced the same disgraceful behaviour from yourselves. Best sort your staff and values out or you won't be around for long.

Worse Estate Agents EVER! Full of lies and empty promises! My wife and I were purchasing a property through this "estate agent" and we have NEVER been treated or spoken to the way these people have done. Dragged out our application for over 9 months with 0 contact from the estate agents and us having to constantly ring and ring to get updates. Promises after promises of a completion date only to be told the seller has withdrawn from the sale due to health 10 days before the sale was due to be completed!

Surely the seller would of known they aren't able to sell their property well before 10 days prior to completion?! Shocking service and a COMPLETE LET DOWN! 0 SERVICE 0 EMPATHY 0 SATISFACTION Id give them 0 stars if I could. Absolute con artists. Gut feel says these snakes are up to something with the seller. Time will tell.

I recently purchased a house with Harvey Scott. The team were very helpful and polite from the initial viewing booking to the handing over of the keys. Nothing was a fuss and every time we had a query they always got back to us asap. If you see a house with Harvey Scott for sale which you love but are unsure of the agent then look no further! A big thank you to every member of the team we dealt with. You all made the experience very smooth and none stressful.

We have recently used Harvey Scott to sell a property. Helen was the person we dealt with and she was extremely efficient in dealing with us. She took no nonsense from the solicitors in chasing up the enquiries and we knew our property was in safe hands with her. We would highly recommend Harvey Scotts and would definitely use them again.

We recently sold our house with Harvey Scott. It ended up being quite a rocky ride, but throughout the process we were impressed by how friendly and professional the staff were. It really helped that all of the people at the branch knew what was going on with our sale, and were ready to provide advice and support whenever we called. This was in rather stark contrast to another, lager agency we dealt with, who were a bit of a horror show. We would definitely recommend Harvey Scott.
