Critical: Quality, Responsiveness They make you pay for the EPC and then don't answer calls and don't get anything booked in. Had to delay my tenancy and ask for a refund as nothing got booked in for over 2 weeks.

Had an EPC done on a house in West End, Southampton. Assessor put on certificate that there was no wall insulation - didn't bother to phone my husband about this - he has got a certificate to prove there IS WALL INSULATION. Also put house down as a terrace - it's a semi with an attached annexe. We have tried phoning to get certificate altered but just are getting nowhere! We have now got legal advice because of this. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone else.

I was originally cautious regarding this company owing to the previous reviews. I called the company and they advised that they do not promote the use of the reviews, even though they complete 100's of EPC's monthly. However the service I received was 2nd to none, I was able to book direct and was given a 3 hour time slot and then the assessor called me to advise of the time of the appointment, and attended when he said he would. I then received the EPC the next day. My local agent wanted 90.00 for the same service and I only paid 51.94 with this company!

Have used twice before and had no problems, but this time they didnt turn up. got discourteous response when I rang and asked why. Seems to be an office in a car. Avoid. On the plus side they did refund me promptly - leaving me with problem of getting a new assessor and a hotel bill whilst I stayed in area for an extra night.

From start to finish I found this company both efficient and professional. The gentleman who carried out my epc was extremely informative and polite (quite a looker too;-) I have been recommending them to family and friends in need of a property survey. Would definitely use them again.

Terrible service, assessor very poor skills inaccurate information entered on document tried to resolve with assessor his whole attitude was poor. Complained to office who promised to send another assessor to redo epc this chap could not even be bothered to call me to make the appointment. several calls to Just EPC feel like I am being fobbed off. I will now demand a full refund. cheap epc very poor service.

We have just sold our office premises and the move has cost a lot of money. Finding out we needed an EPC was also a shock. Especially when we were quoted 495. We managed to save 150 off what the Estate Agent had quoted us. The gentlemen was professional and our report was ready the same week. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a Residential EPC to sell my house recently so phoned Just EPC who were local to me and had an EPC in my hands two days from booking the appointment. The assessor was very knowledgeable and he explained everything to me clearly. The whole process was smooth and the price was more than acceptable.
