As a web based company we can offer flexibility in our fees and how we conduct our business. Our state of the art software is second to none! Landlords and tenants can log directly into our computer system and report management issues, view feedback and inspect their accounts.

Our property management team is highly experienced; we can and will handle any problems that may arise throughout a Managed Tenancy. We have strict procedures and excellent local tradesmen to ensure you get the best possible service at a fair price. Landlords and Tenants are kept up to date throughout and a full report is sent to the Landlord afterwards

Our Marketing is second to none, most agents use cheap digital camera, we use a digital SLR camera with wide angle lens. Instead of getting a photograph with a picture of a bed you will get professional quality photographs showing the whole room. First impressions count, if you have a well presented set of details you are more likely to get the right people through the door.
