We have experienced a very busy period in which we have let a significant number of our properties, and we urgently require more properties for long term rental. Along with the peace of mind that comes from using an established family run local agent with many years' experience, we are members of UKALA (The UK Association of Residential Letting Agents).The accommodation comprises: Own Entrance Door, Open Plan Double Bedroom with built-in double bed base (no mattress), shelves and wardrobe, Fitted Kitchen with electric two ring hob, electric oven, extractor fan and microwave, built-in fridge with ice box.
We advertise and seek a suitable prospective tenant, carrying out referencing procedures etc. Once satisfactory references are received we draw up the Legal Agreement with a solicitor, liaising at all times with the landlord, carrying out inventory and condition report. Before commencing the tenancy we collect one months rent in advance together with deposit (ensuring Tenancy Deposit Scheme adhered to), making arrangements for the future rent to be paid direct to the landlord.Finally checking out etc, dealing with transfer of utilities etc, at the end of the Tenancy.
