Critical: Professionalism, Quality I was very disappointed Tony the sales person did not show up for his appointment and left a couple standing outside in the cold I had to show them around then he embarrassed me to the point of no return I was so upset I will never recommend your company.

Extremely rude and condescending staff and offered very little in the way of an apology when raised with manager. Male staff clearly think women are beneath them. Told I MUST speak to their mortgage brokers if I wish to place an offer - which is entirely untrue and hard sales. Avoid this company when buying or selling.

Amelia showed us around a property last Saturday and was extremely diligent, friendly and helpful. Politeness and presentation DO make a difference and she is an asset to Austin & Wyatt in Parkstone. Although this property wasn't for us, I wouldn't hesitate to view more properties with Austin & Wyatt. The questions we were asked as buyers and the care taken, would be extremely reassuring should I ever come to sell my property with this agent. Amelia, thank you for making our viewings on Saturday more positive, you were leaps and bounds ahead of all competitor agents we viewed properties with.

Steve Horder the branch manager could not of been more helpful with the processes of selling my house, he kept me informed at every step even with difficult market. Steve demonstrated professionalism while also a good old fashioned customer service. Steve made a stressful process easy.

Worst estate agents we came across. Lied to us and conned us out of money and we had to pull out of a sale. Told us they would only accept our offer if we used their conveyancing services and mortgage advisor service which I now know is illegal. Preyed on us as first time buyers. Had the chance to put things right when we made a complaint and they never did. If you choose to buy through them get everything in writing as they'll deny things at a later point. Avoid!

I have bought many properties over the years, have dealt with many agents over this time, and know and appreciate when someone is good at their job. I first started to deal with Lewis at Austin Wyatt at their branch on the Ashley Road, Poole. Lewis was very attentive and was hands on once we started to negotiate. Steve, the branch manager and senior negotiator at Austin Wyatt always returned my calls was happy to show us the house again during the negotiations, he highly recommended his mortgage advisor, which we took up the offer.

Mark their Mortgage advisor arranged everything in a highly professional manner. All in all, I cannot fault them all for the service we received and offer them a big thank you for their time and help.

An absolutely world class service from start to finish, they were super efficient and proactive trying to find me a buyer for my house. Very friendly, regular updates and courteous!
