Thacker & Revitt

I registered with them when I was actively looking to let, but I was never called back or never received any news letter. Only about two month later when I was not looking anymore. But it's probably not their fault.

We are very happy with the management that was done by Thacker&Revitt of our rented property for the last 3 yes. And when we recently sold our property they were very efficient and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale. And we would like to say a special thank you to Terry Atwell who made it a lot smoother.

Great experience from the whole team from start to finish. very helpful and informed me of what and when things were going on. Would defiantly recommend to a friend.

I have been extremely impressed with the service offered by Thacker & Revitt - they have truly been a breath of fresh air! In less than 24 hours of picking up the keys from another agent, Terry viewed the property, placed it on Rightmove and secured suitable tenants! He was really positive, professional and nothing was too much trouble. Asia and Marta are really helpful and responsive too. Lastly, it's much welcomed to be able to sign and return documents electronically. I have already recommended them to family! Sweet dog too!

If you're thinking of using a Letting Managing Agent don't hesitate, look no further. Martin and Heather (Partners) have been looking after our investment property since it was purchased in 2003. First this was as employees of a well known agency chain and we then moved the property to them after they set up independently, when the service we received at the agency chain fell dramatically on their departure.

It is their business and the level of service reflects this and shines through in every way. Over the years there have been a number of problems with tenants/neighbours/property and the common sense hands on approach to solving these has been great and very much appreciated. It is also worth mentioning in that time the property has been let almost continuously and with well chosen and carefully screened tenants.

They and their great staff have my highest recommendation. It is now December 2021 and my opinion remains the same. They are a superb managing agent and they continue to offer a service which is beyond expectations. Don't hesitate you won't be disappointed.
