These are to be avoided like the plague, they are extremely reluctlant to rectify any faults. Several reports of no security lights in close only for them to get an electrician who removed all lights this was very good for Health and Safety of their tenents (NOT) one being an oap. Security close door non existant, this could possibly be the reason for cheap rents, windows that do not open, leaking radiators and boilers that are completely unreliable.

Decent affordable accommodation that is managed by the owners. Affordable housing that - if you pay your rent - is good value and maintained. Average rent is less that 375 for 2-bed properties. What's not to like? And if you are up to date and you have a grievance you can simply come and complain at the office on the Main St.
