When searching for our new home I had a few interactions with the sales office and couldn't have found them to be any quicker at responding to requests. They were really helpful and although ultimately the outcome didn't go in my favour that was nothing to do with them. If I were ever to sell my property I would definitely give it to Clyde. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness A letting agent with no respect for tenants or Scottish law. Disgraceful that they believe they can collect their cut of the rent month after month without investing what is needed to being their homes up to the standard required under the Housing act. If you're happy to live with mould and damp then maybe these are the guys for you.

We recently sold our home with Clyde and they were very easy to deal with and assisted us well in selling our home swiftly. I like their online portal to know exactly who would be viewing and their response after. I also found them to be very helpful when looking to purchase a property and was always treated in a professional but friendly way (unlike some experiences with other local estate agents). I would definitely sell through them again in future.

Really professional service from the Clarkston office. My property sold within 3 days of going on the market for a price that exceeded my expectations. I received really good guidance on pricing and assessing offers and it achieved a great outcome. I am also blown away by how paperless the process was due to Clyde Property's systems. Excellent service from start to finish with the Clarkston branch. Greg, Kay and the rest of the team were always on hand to help with any questions we had. From start to finish, Clyde far exceeded the services pitched by other local agents. We'd never sold a house before and they supported us through the marketing and sale with ease. Our house was sold in 9 days and achieved over 20 viewings.

Went to pick up application forms to apply for a property. I didn't hear the lady at the office well, so asked her for clarification. She clicked her tongue impatiently then told me what I needed to know. It was very subtle, but still very rude. I won't be filling these forms in. If you like one of the properties, just be aware that the staff can be quite rude.

Clyde property Shawalnds sold a 3 bedroom flat last week in mount florida Stanmore road for offers over 175k with the flat valued at 190k, which is about right. Now they are selling a 2 bedroom flat in the same close smaller and more dated than the flat they sold last week, for offers over 189k with the valuation 200k, how is this possible? Clyde should be investigated for this difference in price over 8 days, how is this justified.
