I have used David James to manage my rental flat in Beckenham for over 10 years. They weren't the first letting agent I used but they will be my last. Super efficient, friendly, expert service at a great price. I've not been a month without a tenant and their range of repairers and tradesman to fix problems and conduct surveys is excellent.

My sale took a long time but David James stuck with me and continued to work for me all the time and ultimately we had a successful outcome which I believe was solely down to David James Estate Agents. In particular Vicky Ingram from the Post Sales Department was attentive and reassuring to me at times when I felt the sale would never happen. She was my first point of contact as it was her that was communicating with all the other parties and unlike my solicitor she kept me regularly updated. In previous house sales the estate agent has had little interaction after finding me a buyer but this certainly was not the case with David James.
