I purchased my home from Allen Hertiage in March 2018, the process went quite smoothly and just took over 3 months. Although they were very supportive throughout the process, when I completed and moved into my home, there were several teething issues with my property which I feel should have been checked and addressed by them first. I do recommend them but only feel they should be more familiar with the properties they help sell and also willing to support more if issues do occur.
