Shameful agency, hustles students, charges deposits without respecting the contract. They stood us up one day before we arrived in the country. For French students this was very hard. After many attempts to get our 1000 deposit back, nothing was done. Worst experience of our lives. I would not recommend to anyone.

The worst experience of my life. They are not professional at all. Especially Hannah the manager who doesn't take her customers seriously. They are thieves. What a shame to steal from foreign students who don't necessarily have great means. What a shame to behave like this. Their agency should not even exist.

If I could rate lower I would. Worst agency in oxford if you want to rent with them do yourself a favour and don't. They don't take any accountability all they care about is money and they will evidently show you that with how they treat their clients. No professionalism at all. Dismissive and careless. Stay away from nops if you're a functioning human that runs off respect cause this is not where you'll find it.

I can not recommend renting through NOPS. The communication has been extremely slow and disorganized. When our shower was leaking through the ceiling below, we had to threaten to cut our rent before any action was taken. If you are looking for a landlord that is easily approachable and responsive to tenants, do not go to NOPS.

Awful in my case. REALLY REALLY bad experience with NOPS. Not student friendly at all. They charged us for more than 900 from our deposit for reasons. But when I asked receipt, no. I kept all the photos of the flat when I moved in and out. When I asked for their evidence why they charged us for some ridiculous reasons, they have no evidence as well. Funny. And, later I visited my previous flat rented from NOPS, only found out they didn't fix the items which they have charged us for. SO, why did you charge us? But you didn't even fix the things? So that you can charge the next tenant? Shame If you don't care about your money, then forget about what I have said

I am a Landlord with 3 apartments in Cowley. These have all been managed by NOPS for around 6 years answer next year. NOPS have been great at letting my apartments, and providing a very professional service. Special thanks to Beth in Accounts who deals with my accounts and for sorting out problems with the property management company who are a nightmare to deal with.

NO STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION NOPS are a Dreadful Company. Handed over keys to my daughter's shared house with ongoing works and electrical wires sticking out of wall by her bed. They couldn't care less if she had been electrocuted! Fire door had recently been replaced and would not open! Workmen did not turn up on appointed day to finish works when my daughter had taken day off work to accommodate them.
Next they called her at work to say they were on their way. Daughter still living out of boxes because of state of room had left valuable belongings (laptop, coursework, jewellery etc) on bed and was very upset. 20 year old students, (unless taking health and safety degrees) are not aware of the dangers of a house in this condition and where else was she to sleep that night.
Because I was being persistent on my daughter's behalf I was told I didn't know what I was talking by agent who also couldn't open fire door. I presume a fire door is for escape in event of fire and bare electric wires should not stick out of walls They blamed the landlord but are they not supposed to inspect the property to make sure it is safe?
Although NOPS have been receiving the rent from my daughter on time they do not act of behalf of tenant. In our case one tenant is in 6 months arrears and NOPS have done nothing to chase the overdue rent. They blame the landlord but are unable/unwilling to prove what actions they have taken to recover moneys due. Now we are reaching end of tenancy the people who have paid are in jeopardy of losing their deposits and not the person responsible.
We have been chasing this matter for some time but NOPS are blaming the landlord although it is they who are responsible for collecting the rent. Nearly every email has been ignored or passed on to junior member of staff will no knowledge of history. Fobbed off every time. Ignore like the plague. Find another agency this one isn't worth it and certainly doesn't care about the wellbeing of their tenants All the above can be proven.

As a tenant, I'm continually blown away by the exceptionally POOR service. Multiple issues upon move in that have still not been resolved over 4 months later. Among the issues we've had: Leaks, mold, carpets that are over a decade old, electrical wiring problems, unusable furnishings that still haven't been replaced, etc. I've stayed in third world countries that have been better maintained.

Never ever use them to find a property, I Talked to some of their tenants and they are all unhappy. but again i gave them a chance to show me another property and the guys turned up (ON TIME) but with no keys! And it was not the end he had a really bad attitude saying that its not his fault and he didn't even apologize for wasting three people's time.
