Part 1 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 introduces important new obligations on landlords and agents. If you own or manage a rented house in Wales, this new law will almost certainly apply to you. All landlords will need to register and this can be done through the website at www.rentsmart.gov.wales.

First initial viewing was positive and was interested in renting a property. However when invited back to the branch agent was not to satisfaction and I personally believe that the agent in question could've conducted themselves better. The agent is also yet to get back to me to see if I am interested. Real shame because I really wanted the property. Could've done a lot better!

Initial thoughts were good, when moving in were helpful despite minor faults with property. Completely changed my mind when moving out, held on to deposit, tried to charge me for faults that were there when I moved in, also saying property wasn't clean when I left. Tried to get me to write a favourable report by offering me 10! Would advise steering clear of this firm!
