Very impressed with Daniel from WestCoast. We have met Daniel twice now when he showed us around the apartment that my daughter is buying. Professional, knowledgeable, but most importantly very committed to his role and work and had an excellent attitude. Louis and the team at Patchway have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to 'get over the line' with a Flat Sale which was made very difficult by the buyer's incompetent Solicitor at every stage. Would definitely recommend Westcoast to anyone thinking of selling in this area - they are very approachable and respond positively in a timely manner.

We chose to sell through Westcoast based on our experience of originally buying our house through them. This turned out to be an excellent decision as the Patchway team went above and beyond in many ways to get us completed in time for the end of the stamp duty holiday. Particularly Ian and Louis who put a lot of late hours in dealing with difficult conveyancers and vendors elsewhere in the chain. We will definitely be using Westcoast again when the time comes around.

The team at Westcoast Patchway with my sale led by Louis and assisted by Ian provided a very good service from initial marketing through to completion. Whilst it wasn't a straight forward process, Louis was always helpful in ensuring progress. He also helped us regarding our purchase even before we'd put in an offer! I bought my property through Westcoast originally and had no hesitations in instruction them for my sale. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Louis at Westcost properties, we got in touch with him while searching for our first property and he took us through all the steps really clearly to guide us through the process as it was our first time. He was able to find us a home which hadn't yet been put on the market and it was everything we wanted. Nailsea Westcoast team of Rachael and Gemma have been outstanding all the way through selling my home and purchasing another property. I have used this company when we bought our first home ( it was a first listing of Bristol branch), when we had to let it and in the end when we sold it. So I have over few years experience with their service and I couldn't find one negative! Nailsea branch of westcoast absolutely outstanding. With a complicated chain that could have fallen through a few times, the highly experienced Gemma and rachael went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted in the end. I wish we would have sold our house through them as they ended up doing all the hard work ours should have been doing anyway. Brilliant team in nailsea! Highly recommended. Also highly recommend their mortgage advisor "Dan prowse" brilliant guy very friendly and professional.
