We have used JKT Property for several years now, to manage a number of domestic properties we have invested in for rental purposes, within East Yorkshire. JKT have at all times been honest, trustworthy and above all, professional and attentive to legal and commercial detail, that we may have missed, had we chosen to try and manage the property portfolio ourselves. We feel that it has been money well spent engaging JKT to manage our properties, and from experience it has made excellent economic sense.

Very delayed with my review as for some reason google wouldn't allow me to post. I highly recommend this agency as a letting agency. Liz was so helpful and lovely and answered any questions I had. I rented a new build and a few snags needed sorting (common with new builds), Liz dealt with my request super quick and got them sorted. It is the only agency I felt my rights were equal with the landlords, they have values which I do not regularly see in business, and is what I have not experienced before in my renting time. Getting my deposit back was easy and they were fair with wear and tear, again unlike other agencies in Hull who tried it on with me previously (Riverside Property - avoid). Thanks JKT if I didn't buy a house through family members, I would have come to you :)
