Our systems are effectively enabled so either a landlord or tenant, can let or locate a suitable property. Our costs are one of the lowest in the area currently at 10%. We have designed a service that covers all aspects of letting residential properties and where possible we keep the emphasis of our service on simplicity.

An inventory is a crucial document that is singed by our agent, landlord and the tenant at the beginning of the tenancy. The inventory will give both landlord and tenant the reassurance that there property will be returned in the same condition minus wear and tear back to the landlord. This document helps both parties if there is ever a dispute we can revert to it and get this resolved.
For any Landlords wishing to use our service please see below our Terms & Conditions you agree to once we receive your instruction to market your property. Negotiate all terms and conditions of the proposed tenancy agreement with the prospective tenant on behalf of the landlord. Receive from the Tenant the initial rental payments and rental income and any deposit as required under the Tenancy Agreement.
