OxfordShortlets.co.uk. Do not manage the state of their properties well. Mouldy shower rooms/ensuites, broken tumble-drier, immersion boiler prone to failure, dusty/dirty floors, furniture, crockery and kitchen cloths; all this in just one property! Procedures to correct are not swift and can take over 24hrs to correct. To rub it in further there is no way to terminate early to move into a hotel without having to pay the full let.
Also there are all sorts of extra charges and liabilities so lesson learnt is: stay in a hotel, its cheaper and the quality is orders of magnitude better! Otherwise be prepared to sacrifice part of your holiday and your peace of mind.
