I've lived in two appartments over the past 3 years with campus lifestyle, and I've had a great experience with them. Should I move back to middlesbrough I would be choosing them again. The appartments: The appartments are always very clean when you move in and all furniture is in good working order. They're also properly painted white with mostly black and white furniture which I find very aesthetically pleaseing.

If you want/don't want something they will do their best to accomodate that. If you ever have a problem with something like lighbulbs, a washing machine plug etc maintenance has always sorted it quickly. And they're a friendly team. Being on quite a busy street I was worried about noise but the appartments are surprisingly quiet once youve closed the front door.

It would be good to have certain items included such as kettles, toasters, a hoover but they're not very expensive from somewhere like Wilkos. The service: I've never had an issue picking up parcels from the office and it's always a great chat. Bonus points for cute dogs. They've also held some of my items for periods over summer which is great as I travel a lot.

The deposits are always returned in a timely manor and all deductions are fair. Any emails are always replied to the next day. Thanks for the great 3 years! I really loved my last appartment and wish I could've taken it with me :

Really helpful, caring landlords problems get fixed as soon as possible longest we waited was 2 days. The people are friendly and really easy to get deposit back afterwards with you tidying and keeping everything fine and dandy. Would truly recommend these for any student happy landlords who are proud. They also give you notice for when people are coming round which is lovely. Can not fault thank you!

I've been a tenant for 3 years with Campus Lifestyle and having experienced multiple other landlords/agencies, campus have been my favourite. In my experience the houses I've stayed in have been a higher quality and also cheaper than that of other "award winning" letting agents. Maintenance issues have been resolved quickly when they've occurred. If you're a good tenant with reasonable expectations of student accommodation then you'll have no issues at all.

Jo riley makes deductions as she knows trying to dispute your deposit claim is damn near impossible. She had the cheek to charge me a cleaning fee in my room when i left a few items behind such as hangers and carrier bags but disregards her faults such as damp. GO ELSEWHERE

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. We took this house after they promised us a new kitchen floor as the last one was mouldy and un-cleanable and this didn't arrive until right at the end of the second year of tenancy, a week or two before we moved out. We were also promised a new fridge/freezer before we signed the tenancy agreement but this never arrived at all.

We had mice for 2 weeks that they didn't help with. I had mould in my bedroom and they wouldn't clean it for months until I wrote them an email threatening them with legal action as it was giving me a nasty chest infection. The bathroom was new when we arrived and the old one was ripped out and left in the back garden for two months until they bothered to move it.

When we moved in there was plastic or something melted onto the bottom of the oven which created masses of toxic smoke whenever the oven was turned on and gave all food a plastic taste. This gave me an excellent opportunity to master the traditional stir-fry as the oven was only replaced two months later. The staff seem very nice and friendly and will happily promise you the world to your face in order to secure your signature on a tenancy and then take weeks and weeks to solve any little problem you have.

I forgot my keys one day and they told me it was 50 to come and let me in my own house. Also had the audacity to take 30 from each of our deposits for "full house cleaning" despite knowing that I had left the premises three months beforehand. Pros: there's sometimes a really good dog in the office. Cons: literally everything else Look on RightMove or Zoopla and try to secure a private landlord as this will be easily half the price and they may actually follow through with some of their promises.

Having been a tenant for three years at Campus Lifestyle I have had a very positive experience. The quality and furnishing of each property has been of an exceptional standard and is of great value for money when compared to other companies that I have looked at for the same price. The staff are always happy to help, and go above and beyond what is required to ensure a decent standard is provided for all tenants.

Any minor problems are always seen and resolved quickly by maintenance. The staff are very approachable if you have any queries and are very friendly. Overall Campus lifestyle provides great value for money and excellent customer service, and I would highly recommend them.

I chose to live at one of Campus Lifestyle's properties for my final year of University and have had such a good experience that I wish I lived here for second year too! The staff are more than willing to help with any concern! With the few minor issues we have had being resolved quickly and efficiently by the team, including out-of-hours maintenance help from Mike the Maintenance Man.

The house was recently renovated with new carpets, paint, bathroom, and kitchen, with a new washer/drier put in and gave the house a fresh feeling. The value for money at Campus Lifestyle is next to none, and anyone requiring accommodation for university will not regret their chose. An additional benefit is the two dogs that frequent the office regularly!

So, don't get me wrong nice people run this, but don't expect much. It's cheap, and a place to sleep. The houses are paper thin, so you can hear neighbours talking. Also my room got mould, and I had to sleep at a friends house cause it got so bad. IT took them two weeks to sort it out! When you pay someone for a room, you sorta wanna live there not F**k off for a week for it to get sorted out.

Other things in the house got sorted like our oven, however walking into a house with holes in the walls, and a broken draw in your bedroom isn't the best welcome. I mean if you really need cheap go for it.
